The role

You're not here to make calls. You're here to build a career in sales.

This role is designed for someone early in their sales career who has the hunger, intelligence, and resilience to grow fast. You'll start as an SDR - prospecting, qualifying, and opening doors across European markets - with a clear and fast track to closing deals as an Account Executive.

VisioLab sells to stadiums, arenas, universities, and hospitality operators across Europe. If you can hold a conversation with a venue manager in Amsterdam and an F&B director in Munich in the same week, you'll thrive here.

What you'll do

  • Prospect into target accounts across sports, entertainment, and hospitality in Europe
  • Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound pipeline through creative outreach
  • Book and support discovery meetings with senior decision-makers at major venues and operators
  • Learn the full sales cycle end-to-end, from first touch to signed contract
  • Transition to an Account Executive role as you demonstrate mastery of the sales motion
  • Work closely with the founders and senior sales team to refine messaging and strategy

What you'll bring

  • Some experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
  • Natural curiosity and a competitive edge. You want to win and you want to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English. German is a strong plus, additional European languages are a bonus
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting: cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, events
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, HubSpot preferred
  • Interest in sports, hospitality, or technology - ideally all three
  • Resilience. You don't take rejection personally, you take it as data
